Wileman hand painted and gilded Japan Black pattern on Albert shape. 180mm diameter. It dates fron 1886-90 and its condition is very good with some rubbing of the gilding, particularly around the edge of the plate. There is also a small glaze defect on the back, that at first glance, appears to be a chip, but it is glaze from another piece. Please note that, although it is a very similar pattern to Item 1963, this piece does not carry a pattern number.
