Spode willow pattern teapot
Spode willow pattern teapot. Item 1942
This Spode Chelsea shape teapot is decorated in willow pattern with the "Grasshopper" border and is in very good condition. The gilt has rubbed slightly on the spout, handle and the lid knop. It has clearly been used as there is a patina on the inside from the tea. Otherwise it is in excellent condition. It dates from around 1885. Its height is 120mm and length is 223mm.

This Shelley vase is decorated with the "Cloisello" pattern which is a Chinese daisy in white against a blue patterned background and finished off with a Grecian border. It stands 195mm high and dates from the period 1914-25. It has lost some of the gilding to the rim and shoulder, otherwise it is in excellent condition.

This Royal Worcester Willow pattern tea kettle features an imitation cane handle and bears, appropriately enough,the date mark of T which stands for the year 1882. It stands 155mm high and has a diameter of 150mm. It is excellent condition apart from some slight loss of gilding to the inner rim and the lid.

This very striking Royal Worcester Crown Ware blue and white part dinner setting for six comprises 6 260mm dia soup bowls, 6 260mm dia dinner plates, 6 234mm dia entree plates, 6 177mm dia bread and butter plates, 1 soup tureen with ladle, 1 vegetable tureen, 1 sauce tureen with stand and ladle, 1 gravy boat, 1 oval platter 407mm long and 1 oval platter 250mm long. It has been used but at the same time looked after. There is some small loss of gilding to some edges. The date mark is for 1924.

Measuring 250mm in diameter, this plate is by John Rogers and Son and is decorated with their Elephant pattern. Apart from some very fine crazing it is in excellent condition. It dates from the period 1815-42.

This Elephant pattern plate by John Rogers & Son dates from 1815-42. It measures 250mm in diameter. It is in excellent condition apart from some very fine crazing and two small areas where grit has settled in the glaze during firing.

Willow pattern platter
Willow pattern platter. Item 2690.
This Willow pattern platter is by Godwin, Rowley and Co. of Burslem and dates from 1828-31. It is 407mm long and 324mm wide. It is in excellent condition with the colour still strong. Its only blemishes are some light crazing and two small areas where the pattern was smudged before being fired.

This Mason's Willow pattern dish is decorated with the blue printed Pagoda pattern. It measures 202mm in diameter and stands 37mm high. It has small chip (approx. 2mm x 2mm) to the underside of the lip which is not visible from the front. It also has a small firing crack(approx 4mm long) to the lip which is visible in the photo, just to the right of the plate stand. It dates from around 1810-12.

Wileman blue & white platter

This Wileman platter is decorated with a blue & white pattern of three Chinese characters seated under an umbrella in a garden. It measures 355mm long and 290mm wide. It has small chip to the underside of the rim(not visible from the front), a fine 40mm hairline crack, and a two small discoloured areas which are visible in the photo. It also features an unusual makers mark-an impressed bird over an impressd J.F. WILEMAN. C1880
Bowl by J & M Bell

This blue and white soup bowl is by J & M Bell of Glasgow and measures 2689mm in diameter. The centre well features a group of musicians seated near a lake which is overlooked by several buildings. The rim is decorated with an extensive pattern containing cartouches. It is in good condition with 3 small stilt marks on the front and some heavy crazing. C 1842-80.

Standing 215mm high this blue and white Copeland hot water jug is in very good condition and dates from around 1900.

This attractive Doulton Burslem flow blue plate features an Egyptian river scene and dates from around 1910. It is in very good condition with some crazing. It is 268mm in diameter.
Asiatic Pheasant plate
Asiatic Pheasant plate by Worthington and Harrop. Item 1465.
This Asiatic Pheasant plate was made by Worthington and Harrop of Hanley, Staffordshire in the period 1856-73. It measures 252mm in diameter and is in very good condition. It does have some crazing and a small chip on the front has occurred in the factory in the glazing stage.

This Royal Crown Derby plate is decorated in the "Mikado" pattern. It is in excellent condition with the pattern very crisply printed. It measures 202mm in diameter and bears the date stamp for 1894.

This 262mm diameter Swansea Willow pattern plate is in very good condition with some smudging of the pattern in spots, mainly on the border. C 1814-7
Doulton Burslem wllow pattern charger

Apart from some crazing this Doulton Burslem willow pattern porcelain charger is in excellent condition. It measures 325mm in diameter and has the impressed date for April 1914.
Spode willow pattern plate

This Spode wiillow pattern plate is decorated with the Mandarin II pattern with a blue trellis diaper border and printed in ultramarine blue. Its diameter is 248mm and dates from July 1883. There was a small tear in the border pattern when it was applied leaving a small gap in the border and there are a couple of small cinders lodged in the glaze- otherwise in excellent condition.

This "Amoy" patterned Davenport blue and white plate is 226mm in diameter and is in very good condition. It does, however, have some crazing and two stilt marks that reveal the white body. C1840's
