Charles Horner sterling silver thimble Chester 1897. Item 1984.This Charles Horner sterling silver thimble was assayed in Chester in 1897. It also carries Horner’s mark- CH – and the size mark 8. It is 24 mm (1 inch) high, 16 mm (5/8 ths of an inch) and weighs 6 gms. Overall it is in good condition, but it does have two small holes in the top.
