Description
Exposition Universelle 1889 medal. Item 4804.This medal was modelled by Louis-Felix Chabaud (1824-1902) for the Exposition Universelle in Paris in 1889 and features on the reverse a depiction of the Eiffel Tower and the exhibition buildings. On the rim it is stamped with the word Bronze and a small logo. It measures 50 mm (2 inches) in diameter. It is in very good condition but has had a suspension loop added at some stage.
