Georgian Tunbridge ware sewing clamp. Item 3991.This early Tunbridge ware sewing clamp is decorated with a series of hand painted red and black lines. The height is 115 mm (4.5 inches) from the top of the pin cushion to the bottom of the clamp, excluding the screw. There are a number of chips to the rim of the pincushion, and it has lost its original tape measure which would have slotted into the hole on the side. C 1800.
