Minton hand coloured plate pattern B224. Item 3383.

This very attractive Minton dinner plate is decorated with a hand coloured botanical print of strawberries and roses (pattern B224). It measures 235 mm, or 9.25 inches in diameter and is in excellent condition with the colours still vivid. However it does suffer from very faint discolouration and crazing around part of the rim. The date mark is for 1870.
