Shelley cup saucer and plate Roses Pansies & Forget-me-nots pattern 13518. Item 1992. The lovely Roses Pansies & Forget-me-nots pattern (pattern 13518) decorates this Shelley cup saucer and plate set. The scattered  flowers are inside a blue scroll border and the edges have been done in gold, with the foot and handle a pale blue. The cup shape is the Richmond shape. The set is in very good condition and would date from the late 1940’s through to the early 1950’s.
