Sterling Silver English Cross Country Championship medal 1936. Item 4054.
An enamelled sterling silver medal presented at the English Cross Country Championships in 1936, in its original presentation box. The medal was made by Vaughan and Sons of Birmingham in 1935 and measures 40mm by 40mm. At the extremities are the rose, thistle, and shamrock of Great Britain. The inscription on the reverse reads “2nd team Belgrave H S T Ring 1936”. It is in very good condition.
