Willow pattern platter by Godwin, Rowley & Co. Item 2690.

This Willow pattern platter is by Godwin, Rowley and Co. of Burslem and dates from 1828-31. It is 407 mm (16 inches) long and 324 mm (12.75 inches) wide. It is in excellent condition with the colour still strong. Its only blemishes are some light crazing and two small areas where the pattern was smudged before being fired.
