Item 4811.This Belgian sporting medal dated 1909, was struck to commemorate the presentation of a flag to a sporting club or association in Flobecq in Belgium, by Lieutenant Colonel Brasseur, as a representative of King Leopold II. The medal, produced by Fisch & Co, has a diameter of 50 mm (2 inches). It appears to have lost most of its gilding.
