Art Deco hand painted vase

Art Deco hand painted vase. Item 4758.This Art Deco vase is decorated with a hand painted spray of pink and white flowers on a branch, all on a buff coloured ground. This motif is reprised in a smaller spray on the back. Shaped to resemble a wheel thrown jug, it stands 262 mm (10.25 inches) high and has a diameter of 150 mm (6 inches). The base carries the impressed mark “Boyd England”. It does how some very slight signs of use, but overall it is in very good condition. It would date from the early 1930’s.
